Grape variety: Pinot Gris, 80% of which comes from pruned vines and 20% from unpruned vines.
Alcohol: 11.5%
Winemaking:
80% of the Pinot Gris were macerated for 7 days, whole bunches.
20% underwent carbonic maceration for 21 days.
Aging: These two wines were aged on the lees, separately in old barrels for 10 months, before being blended and bottled.
Wine without input, unfiltered, sulphite.
