Grape varieties: 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Gris

Alcohol: 12%

Vinification: The two varieties, although vinified in the same way, were vinified separately. Maceration of the grapes in whole bunches for 14 days. Punching down every day until fermentation is complete, then a few days without acting, under marc before pressing.

Aging: Aged on the lees in 500 liter oak barrels for 10 months. Then racking, blending for bottling.

Wine without input, unfiltered, unsulphurized.

Total SO2: 13 mg/l

Residual sugars: 0.5 g/l
