Vinification and aging: Maceration of the grapes in whole bunches, 14 days with punching down and pumping over. This was followed by gentle and slow pressing, then aging in stainless steel vats on fine lees for 10 months.
Wine without input, unfiltered, unsulphurized.

Residual sugars: 0.7 g/l
Domain: Domaine LOBERGER in Bergholtz.
Terroir: Clay-limestone-sandstone soil on the Niederer Spiegel plot which is located between the two Grand Crus, Spiegel and Saering.
Average age of the vines: 25 years
Planting density: 7000 vines/hectare
Yield: 40 hl/h
Vineyard certified organic Ecocert since 2008, biodynamic Demeter in 2012 and Biodyvin in 2017.
