Grapes: Blend of Gewürztraminer 70%, Pinot gris 20% and Riesling 10%

Alcohol: 13%

Vinification: Maceration of the grapes in whole bunches for 7 days, with the addition of carbon dioxide to protect the harvest.

Aging: Aging on lees in sandstone amphora for 10 months.

Wine without input, unfiltered, unsulphurized.

Total SO2: 15mg/l

Residual sugars: 0.7 g/l

Terroir: Clay-limestone and red clay soil, plot named Steinland in Bernardswiller.

Average age of vines: 40 years
