Grape varieties: Blend of Gewürztraminer 70%, Pinot gris 20% and Riesling 10%.

Alcohol : 13%.

Vinification : Maceration of the grapes in whole bunches for 7 days, with the addition of carbon dioxide to protect the harvest.

Aging : Aged on lees in sandstone amphora for 10 months.

Wine without input, not filtered, not sulfited.

Total SO2 : 15 mg/l

Residual sugars : 0.7 g/l

Terroir : Calcareous clay and red clay soil, parcel named Steinland in Bernardswiller.
