Vinification : Maceration of the grapes in whole bunches for 7 days, with the addition of carbon dioxide to protect the harvest.
Aging : Aged on lees in sandstone amphora for 10 months.
Wine without input, not filtered, not sulfited.

Residual sugars : 0.7 g/l
