My very first vintage, well surrounded, vinified with the advice of Claude and Farid.

Vinification : Grapes harvested when very ripe. Maceration of 8 days in whole bunches. The grapes were crushed 3 times during the maceration period.
Aging : 10 months on lees in old barrels.
Wine without input, not filtered, not sulfited
Total SO2 : 14 mg/l
Residual sugar : 1.4 g/l

Terroir : clay and silt soil on granite
Age of the vines : more than 50 years
