It happens that two wines are revealed Together, when they are only 1.

Grapes: Sylvaner 70% and Riesling 30%
Alcohol: 12.5%
Vinification: Prior to blending, the Sylvaner and Riesling were vinified separately. The Sylvaner were macerated for 7 days, whole bunches, in closed vats then aged in barrels. The Rieslings were pressed directly, then fermented and aged in demi-muids. After 10 months of aging, they were racked, then assembled to finally be bottled.
Aging: 10 months on the lees in old barrels and demi-muid.
Wine without input, unfiltered, unsulphurized.
Total SO2: 11mg/l
Residual sugars: 0.2 g/l
