Vinification: Destemming then maceration for 7 days without touching the hat.

Aging: Aging on lees in sandstone amphora for 10 months.

Wine without input, unfiltered, unsulphurized.

Residual sugars: 0.2 g/l

Domaine: Yannick MECKERT in Rosheim

Terroir: Riesling 90%: clay-limestone soil, red clay on the Steinland in Bernardswiller. Riesling 10%: blue schist soil on the Schiferberg in Reischfeld.

Average age of vines: 20 years

Planting density: 5000 vines/hectare

Yield: 60 hl/ha Vineyard certified organic since 2017.
