Vinification : Maceration of the grapes in whole bunches during 21 days. Pigeage after 15 days of carbonic maceration and then 3 pumpings before pressing.
Aging : Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.

Wine without input, unfiltered, unsulphited.

Total SO2 : 15 mg/l
Residual sugars : 2 g/l
