2019
It happens that two wines are revealed together, when they become one.
Grape varieties : Sylvaner 70% and Riesling 30%.
Alcohol : 12.5%.
Vinification : Before being blended, the Sylvaner and Riesling were vinified separately. The Sylvaner was macerated for 7 days, whole bunches, in closed tanks and then aged in barrels. The Rieslings were pressed directly, fermented and aged in demi-muid. After 10 months of maturation, they were racked, blended and finally bottled.
Aging: 10 months on lees in old barrels and demi-muid.
Wine without input, not filtered, not sulfited.
Total SO2 : 11 mg/l
Residual sugars : 0.2 g/l
